Garrett's Fast Fudge
When you want something sweet, but don't want to spend a lot of time cooking and baking try this.
Preparation Time: 20min
Serves: 6
  • 2-2/3 cups Confectioner's Sugar
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Butter a dinner plate.
  • Look at the oven. If it's still cold, it's preheated enough.
  • In a mixing bowl combine the sugar and cocoa.
  • Melt the butter (Don't  boil it!)
  • Add the butter and the vanilla to the sugar mixture.
  • Add milk tablespoon at a time until the mixture is thick enough to tear off pieces of it.
  • Spread the mixture onto the dinner plate about 1/2” thick.
  • Refrigerate till it hardens.
  • Cut into squares.
  • Of course you can add nuts to your fudge.
  • You can also add chocolate chips.
  • Add Mint chips or broken up Andes Candies for a winter holiday flavor.
  • You can also add broken candy canes too.
