I desire that my daughter, Nancy Anderson, wife of Thomas Anderson, shall have first choice of two hundred acres of land in a thousand acre tract which joins a thousand acre tract of iron works land on Dry Run. I also desire that my daughter, Nancy Anderson, have thirty-three acres of land that joins in the upper end of the land that Samuel Dugger lived on and joins Elijah Bunton's land, mines and minerals excepted for my use.
