Last Will and Testament of John Dugger, deceased:
5. I desire that my son, Samuel Dugger, shall have one hundred acres of land where he now lives on, and an equal share in the Forge land and sawmill, mines an minerals excepted.
13. I desire that my daughter, Nancy Anderson, wife of Thomas Anderson, shall have first choice of two hundred acres of land in a thousand acre tract which joins a thousand acre tract of iron works land on Dry Run. I also desire that my daughter, Nancy Anderson, have thirty-three acres of land that joins in the upper end of the land that Samuel Dugger lived on and joins Elijah Bunton's land, mines and minerals excepted for my use.
